Helping to transform lives
The Inn Crowd is helping the Marshall County Homeless Ministries to provide services to our neighbors in North Alabama that live at or below the poverty level. We strive to provide an environment where individuals are valued with dignity and respect.
We are a United Way Partner Agency.
Our Programs
Room in the Inn
Coming Together
Our Room in the Inn program is a collaborative effort among churches and community organizations, providing temporary shelter, food, and services during cold weather.
Our Day Program provides services for our neighbors including, but not limited to: education in life skills and job skills, job assistance, and a safe place to spend the day hours during our shelter season.
Neighborhood Inn
Transforming Lives
Our Neighborhood Inn expands the opportunities beyond our shelter program to allow 9-12 months of transitional housing in an environment of structure and accountability.
Community Outreach
Helping Those In Need
Our Outreach Program helps to provide services for our Neighbors in the warmer months. Assistance may include, but is not limited to, transportation home for neighbors stranded. Short motel stays for those beginning new jobs, laundry, and shower assistance.
Assistance Program
A Helping Hand
Our Assistance program disburses community and federal monies to those who need help with utilities, rent, and medicine.
